Welcome to our brand-new private guest cottage with an outdoor patio. You will feel right at home in this tastefully appointed studio home. We have a comfy queen-size Murphy bed, full completely stocked kitchen with full-size oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator washer dryer; full bath; fast WIFI; separate entrance; and indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Our cottage is a 10 minute walk to Fremont, where you’ll find coffee, restaurants, shops, and groceries and bus 75 is three houses down!

The Guesthouse is located at the end of the driveway. The owner & her tenant occupy the main house on the right side of the driveway which is completely detached from your Guesthouse.

Other Details to Note

The Couch/Bed is a Queen size Murphy bed to maximize the space in our studio. All of the pillows come off. The bottom pillows are stored on the side of the couch and the back pillows can be stored behind the bed when folded down (see pictures). Blankets can be found in the basket on the wall next to the couch. Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the nooks in the living area and in the loft, accessed by a pull down ladder found in the living/bedroom space.
